My family is Irish, Russian and Ukrainian. We've never met a potato we wouldn't eat. Baked, fried, pancaked, boiled, scalloped, chipped, shredded, totted, souped, stewed, mashed, pierogi'd. You name it, we do it.

I am Anna Ndambuki from Kenya. I love your horses and the way you give us positive vibes. l feel sorry for what happened when digging potatoes with Veggie boys. In our country we use potatoes as mashed potatoes, french fries, crips, fried with arrowroots and green bananas and also cooked in stews.

I am not certain there is a wrong way to eat potatoes. Mashed, plain boiled, french fried, sliced and fried with onions and maybe peppers, in vegetable beef soup, potato soup or just plain baked. I don't care what the doctor says when he thinks I need to drop a few pounds, I am NOT giving up my potatoes.

I'll take a nice crunchy , peeled, lightly salted raw potato any time. My mom who has passed, was born in 1918, seen a lot of hard time's and she used to tell us that as long as you had potatoes you'd never go hungery. Love your channel Joel. I'm glad the horse's have you and Gavin.

It’s great when you engage the animals personality. Can you set aside some time to play with them. A big ball for the horses, play chase with the donkeys. Show their playful side. Great job with the change in the way you store the feed. Cost savings always help…

That was really interesting! I really enjoyed learning how much trouble it is to harvest potatoes! I like my potatoes baked, then you scoop out meat and put butter in a little salt and pepper in the crunchy skin! It's wonderful you get two different kinds of potato dishes in one meal and if you're a butter lover, it's awesome! Try it sometime but don't forget the bib! Thanks for taking such good care of the horses and the donkeys both of you!

Santa needs to bring The Veggie Boys a new potato harvester. 😂Unfortunately, the only one who would know what type to get would be grandpa, because when you look up potato harvesters on the internet everything seems to be European when it comes to the actual piece that does the harvesting. Plus there's the whole you have to know the needs of the land you are farming before you can decide what type of equipment you want to use. Farming is complicated. Makes you wonder how young you start teaching the kids to do engine/machine repair, because it looks like you need a good background for that as well even just for the little things that happen to farm equipment. It seems like almost everyone on the farm knows how to repair things. Can't wait to see the hay sheds when they're finished! Love how informative both you and The Veggie Boys are with your videos. 😊
