the modulation is definitely more lush as you say (or prominent?) than the mxr carbon copy...and it seems more contained and easier to control than the electro-harmonix memory boy (which goes from zero to crazy very quickly, so much so that I find it unpredictable and uncontrollable on stage when you need to set things quickly, so i had to banish it from my stage pedal board, and gentrify it with reliable a modulating delay who can actually pay the rent)...that said, i am not in need of a new modulating delay and this is not that much different than gear i already have that can do the trick (including the delays mentioned above, plus the line 6 dl4 and maybe some other stuff i have lying around)...as a result, i will not be purchasing this pedal...but i did order the fuzz and the chorus because I see them as good sonic options to add to my collection of fuzz and chorus pedals...plus i kind of like the light-up trumpets on the things because i like to look down at my pedal board and see like a little christmas tree like thing going on with colorful boxes and lights...bye mr. coleman and have a nice day. :)
