Oyster stew..what a pearler :) These catch and cooks have really gone up-market, all you need is a table, chefs hat and a camera crew.."cooking with Andy" would give any of the cable tv cooks a run for their money.
Ha ha, I have been told this a lot, but I like the way I do it. A camera crew I'm not sure if it would make it easier or harder.
Sometimes I even think you have a camera crew. I can only imagine the work your doing behind the scenes setting up all those extra shots from different angles, and the editing late at night. Your the new new Malcolm Douglas for sure, who I consider to be the best of the best Aussie Fisho/documentary/action men. Unfortunately/fortunately we living in the era of youtube and social media, which to me seems like a double edge sword. On one hand, access to the masses has never been easier. But the downside is, your just one millions vying for our attention, and people these days have short attention spans. 20 or even 10 years ago, you would have been on channel 9 with a hit show like rex hunt or those other characters. Anyway the cream rises to the top ( in the oyster stew)..keep up the great work Andy.

Octopus Catch and cook if there are any there .. a unique type of seafood catch and cook .. not sure if the shark was legal but that would have been a good catch and cook
I have tried to catch octopus here, we have them, but not many. I will try more.
