I was blessed because I learned about menopause for my mother who was a nurse. She learned about menopause from female coworkers. What I learn from my mom was a lot more than what I learned from a doctor.

i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.

I love this open conversation about the fear that comes with this stage of life.

one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page

Us men get it also, but it's called ANDROPAUSE and we clearly don't menstruate, have periods, cramps or bleed. But everything else we do. Usually (not always) from 45 and up. Wonderful show ladies, we men also need to be educated with what you go through. 👏👏👏

Love the conversation on peri and menopause! When is the other video of this continuation though? Want to know about treatments and all questions as a fellow 43 year old entering this world.

So awesome, being 42-3/4 years old, this is a couple of years away but it will be here before I know it.

Naomi Watts is so similar to Hellen Mirren. Someone should write a brilliant story for them both to star as mother and daughter! 😄

I am brazilian and I can afirm that she is so wonderfull and funny. That's an opporrunity to show in your talk show about cultural life in Brazil. I'd love to see her in your show!!!!! She won the Golden Globe this year for the best actrees in drama movie!

I’m dying to reach some large enough platform that will get the medical companies to do this idea: you know how the kids today use pimple patches that are shaped like stars or hearts and we never had that when we were kids and wouldn’t you have loved to have had that? Can we please get The estrogen patch companies to make them in the shape of a heart or a star and like an opaque red or something pretty? How much better would that be? It would just be a cute sticker! Please take up this cause Drew!

It’s an interesting topic. I was even younger than Naomi Watts. I was 28 years old when I started.

Let the Rocky movies dust and stay in the 70's mentality of men. In a history box stuffed in a lonely dark shelf no one will wish to see again.
