I like this tier list and i agree on many things, in my opinion though, Leshy should not be counted as a bad unit: the healing is very useful and it can save an entire game, all of its other stats kind of suck to be honest and it might be bad to use it in those small maps; i use it everytime i play in a big map and usually i don't regret that choice. I loved the effort you've put into this video by the way, keep it up!
Very good list, I was very happy to see you agree with me on brutewurst being F. Ive tried so much to make it work and I literally cannot get a single win with it, even on level 1s even if you get a big le shovell hit or big akira/fantome with it, its still bad because your opponent just doesnt care about 350 disease. Im personally of the opinion that cupcake and gonzo and the units above it should get a nerf. Gonzo is still too strong imo, as is cupcake But i think their placements orderwise are good. Im happy to see you agree that akira is still nuts post nerf, that one turn of lock only takes a bit off its winrate and it had a ridiculous winrate beforehand. Le shovell id argue is still overtuned, its ultra consistent at playmaking and dealing damage even if its plays arent as flashy as fantome. I think its still a bit too much for the game especially considering its stats are just good. i think your other new unit placements are good, id maybe rank haphe a bit lower as im not personally that big a fan of it, but thats may be because im a bit of a stall player and haphe isnt that good into stall, cause you can just body block it off and then wait until youve got enough to kill it in one turn. It was kinda funny in the video you said temptress was the worst electric and then placed it above thunder rocks lol. I think rocks is slightly better than temptress, though not by much. Theyre both super situational. Im personally really not a fan of primate #9, its only usable on two maps and even then its a last resort for when cassowary is already out. i use charon more and id still agree that charon is pretty niche. Id maybe put it around where charon is, cause theyre both very specific map based units. Pasgetti im also not a fan of, the spawn snipe is nice but its disease is very weak and it takes ages before the unit actually matters. Sometimes even when i hit a spawn snipe with it it still ends up losing because the spawn snipe just didnt do enough because the disease damage is so low. Ive actually lost a couple matches to blue before now. I know its slow but in late games scenarios where your down to a last one key you often dont really care and the fact that it can work just being hit by splash means it can move behind a big unit and prevent that unit from being double hit while debuffing the enemy for an extra turn. Its not that good, but i think E tier is a bit low. Thats it for my takes, excellent video, very good explanation of things.
Honestly every phobie at the higher end of A-tier could be argued to need a nerf - Those at the very top are just ones that are performing way better than what should be allowed in my opinion. :) Also yea, I completely forgot that Thunder Rocks is even in the game even though I just rated it... :D Guess that says something about those phobies. :P As for Primate 9 vs Charon which are both very map specific units the reason why I rated Primate higher is because 1. I think it's actually really powerful on Pluto, where as Charon IMO isn't optimal even on the maps where it's supposed to be good. 2. Primate 9 is better outside of those few maps where it shines. Honestly I don't think Primate 9 is as bad as some make it out to be - It's just very outshined by Ginsting which tends to be better in most cases (and everyone has it). Blue I personally haven't really seen have impact in any of the few games I've seen it, though maybe I'll be proven wrong in the future (it also works kind of well with Le Shovell I guess.. :D Thanks for watching and giving such a detailed comment! :)
Hey nice list! A lot of Phobies you ranked higher because of the inclusion of Le Shovel. I don't have it yet and a lot of f2p players don't. I'm not trying to be knit picky but it would be nice to rank them based on their own merit rather than their synergy with a Phobie we may or may not have. Just a thought, I enjoy your content man keep it up!
I mean you can't really rank phobies based on how they perform without taking other units into account.... Paddles is pretty useless if not combined with the right stuff (mainly Glob and Smiley) but works really well with those, Gonzo Bonzo and Cupcake just seem decent on their own but are broken with AOE units, Fantome is just okay with normal units but disgusting with stuff like KABOOM, The Glob, (buffed) AOE units or even just a heavy like Hydra, Gargles is pretty much unplayable on it's own, but can work with the correct setup - You can't judge them in a vacuum since it's a team based game. 🙂 Le Shovell is also not that hard to acquire which is why I'm okay with doing it that way - Uncommons are fairly easy to come by and if you just stick to the game for a decent bit you will eventually find him. (since you'll eventually get all commons and uncommons) I still try to keep it at least kind of realistic for most players when I make these lists though - For example I don't increase the ranking of units that require a specific UR to be good since those combo's won't be realistic for most players (for example if everyone got Brony then Hi-Five would be ranked a lot higher, but that combo isn't something that most players will have access to, so overall Hi-Five gets a pretty low ranking). However if a unit can combo with a lot of different phobies then it becomes much more realistic that you will have access to at least one or more of those (Fantome is a great example here since it has so many things it works well with, Le Shovell is in the same kind of situation) Not sure if it's the correct way to do the tier list, but it's what I went with for now... I don't put much money into the game I only buy the VIP when events happen and don't have a lot of phobies, so I guess I was a little biased. Your thorough response is much appreciated.
@@troywallace7011 You'll get there eventually - The event passes are super good value so they will also speed you up a lot. I'm actually completely F2P still, and had all commons and uncommons a long time ago, takes a bit but you will get them far earlier than you'll get all rares. :)

You don't actually get to ''choose'' per se (although honestly they should just make it so we could), but you can re-roll your account after the tutorial which will give you a new chance at hitting the better starter pack. 🙂 Ofc if you've already been playing for a while and got some decent pulls from your packs it doesn't make sense to reset your account, but if you're completely new rerolling for the best start makes a lot of sense. (even with a 'bad' pack you often still have at least one good phobie (often Cassowary), but the overall quality of the other units is lower)
ooooh i get it, thank you for explaining, i've been playing it for like a month and a half now, i have 43 phobies with some good pulls in the packs, also i bought the season pass (which is the only way i will be spending money on this game bcs it's super worth it). i managed to hit doomsday 1 just yesterday guess i'm just stuck with fishtank and no stabby hahaha @@ManInYellowPhobies
I think Wuffalo Will is better after this update because both le shovell and fantome work well with him, you can use Wuff to trade for boss or anything high keys or threating high keys with it, even if the mind control will run out soon you can still use le shovell to push mind controlled phobie in abyss or suicide push with it.
I do agree that the synergy with those two makes him a decent bit better (which is also why I moved him up, he used to be in E (Bad Units) in my previous list), however there are just better things to use with Fantome the majority of the time (KABOOM for massive AOE, Noxious for AOE + Escape, Nuke them with a buffed Heavo 3.0 and so on), and although Le Shovell does make it easier it can still be kind of hard to connect with the right target even with the extra push. 🙂
Additionally, he has some really nasty counters, furkin leepricarn can just permanently lock out his ability and is pretty much unavoidable, only way to really beat the matchup is to summon furkin to lock another furkin cause otherwise wills ability isnt ever gonna get activated lol
@@yosh3301 Agreed, and he's also kind of bad into a lot of the meta stuff like Attractor and Akira since they can stay out of range (even Fantome range) and usually be okay with that... I think they intentionally made Whuffalo weak because it's a effect that's really fun to use, but really unfun to have used against you when it works. 😅
I got KABOOM as my guaranteed ultra rare but don't have Le shovell or phantome so he is quite literally useless without them. He almost never has an opportunity to do an even trade let alone a favorable one and he is such a liability.
KABOOM was used a decent bit before the update that introduced Fantome and Le Shovell - Anda is very known for using it for example. It's mainly good when the opponent doesn't have lobbers or AOE that can kill it (so for example on a small map you could place it behind a Stabby and then slowly walk up to the opponent - If they try to go in you get to do a big boom play and otherwise they're forced to back off). It's not something you can just summon and use every game without having the support phobies though, has to find the right situation. Also once you eventually find Shovell (or Fantome but that's much less likely) it will be a super good combo so it's not that bad a UR to get (ofc not as exciting as a large one though). :)

@@FertIx26 Yea Bo is essentially the same for that purpose. Those are for sure more exciting - But that's just how gacha type drawing in games work. I got Leshy as my first one back in the day which is a terrible phobie (I didn't have any strong UR for like almost a year), so I know how you feel. 😅 If you get the right cards to use with Kaboom he's stronger than both Russell and Jeeves for sure though (arguably already is at base), and can even outperform the stronger ones like Beauty and Boss. Nothing to do other than to hope that you either get the stuff to use with it or get lucky with your next UR. 🙂 (KABOOM also works well with Akira which you will eventually get, though I imagine that will take some time)
The problems with Baby Snakey is that it's a melee unit with no abilities - It's essentially just a melee stat-stick which is usually pretty bad in this game (since melee units are at a disadvantage). You could go Gravedigger which has 200 less base health and 100 base attack less, but get one of the strongest utility abilities in the game that also combo's really well with a lot of other meta phobies. Or you could go Le Shovell which only has 100 less health and 50 less attack and also get a super good supportive ability that can win games when used correctly. It's rarely worth giving up super powerful abilities like these for only a small amount extra stats. (that's ofc not saying that there's never a reason to use Baby Snakey, it's just pretty rare) :)
I don't own it so I can only really talk about it from the experience I have facing it, Beauty is a really good 'queen piece' (which is what we call the big units that are good enough to build your strategy around), it has a ton of offensive power due to both having a really good ability (the line attack) and a strong AOE basic attack, it having the ability to fly is also really nice. When using Beauty as your queen piece / carry you often want to bring displacement units along with it such as Miss Moffat since it can help you line up your line attacks in ways where you can deal a lot of damage to the opponent. Beauty also works incredibly well with any of the targeted buffing phobies in the game (Gonzo Bonzo, Cupcake and Scritch) as they allow you to completely delete the opponent if they try to walk up and fight you and can also be used to buff your Beauty so it can deal a lot of damage with it's line attack. 🙂 Beauty's biggest weakness as a unit is that it's health isn't that high for a 8-key (since it got nerfed back in the day), so you have to make sure that the opponent cannot find a way to kill it in one turn - You want to be able to hit back if they ever go in. Also Smiley can be kind of annoying to deal with on some maps.
Gesundheit is just way too squishy to be usable at higher ranks in my experience, it dies to pretty much anything and often you don't even need to target it since it will just die to aoe damage - And if it sits in a position where it won't be hit by aoe it won't be able to reach anything to attack since it's so slow. Pretty much the only good thing about it is that it can fly. :P As for Sheep (I'm assuming you mean Sheeping Gas, not Baaaaaad Sheep), it's only really useful against undeads the majority of the time, and it can be hard to land on some of them since it's a melee ability.
Why my first pack 2k Ur is rocketman:(( and no have new effective phobies. That pack open new is gargoye and rocketman lol. I want delete this game so much haha💀
Yea that sucks - Same happened to me when I got my first Dreadful pack which gave me Leshy (which is a lot worse than Rocketman), eventually you'll get something cool though. :)
I come back to this list often. Only started playing 2 weeks ago and this has been incredibly helpful as a reference for rating units.

As for Sheep (I'm assuming you mean Sheeping Gas, not Baaaaaad Sheep), it's only really useful against undeads the majority of the time, and it can be hard to land on some of them since it's a melee ability.
Why my first pack 2k Ur is rocketman:(( and no have new effective phobies. That pack open new is gargoye and rocketman lol. I want delete this game so much haha💀
Yea that sucks - Same happened to me when I got my first Dreadful pack which gave me Leshy (which is a lot worse than Rocketman), eventually you'll get something cool though. :)
I got my first UR Brony on my first 3k tears pack and didn't even know that im really lucky and my first dreadful i got hercules.
Getting a UR on your first 3k tear pack is pretty nuts, especially a great one like Brony
