I didn't think that I would but I got a bit sweaty and my breathing got heavier. Good instruction Donovon.

This was great my first time doing this workout will be back tomorrow for this one
I didn't feel like exercising this morning but I decided to try your exercise which is a bit shorter than my usual but to get my heart rate up.
I enjoyed it, didn't get to the point of sweaty but my muscles got nice and warm. I also have knee pains so the side lunges and the sit stand was a lil hard for me.
