Can you make random videos just speaking japanese with english subtitles? Like in this video, coffee review in japanese. I think its a much effective way of learning and more people would watch it and enjoy the video
Sure! Would you like this type of tutorial in English + some random Japanese speech or everything in Japanese? I’m thinking of making more of Vlog style long form all in Japanese :)
@@NihongoDekita Here are what i found that usually interest people -Food reviews ( there is a guy who does "random things in japan" kind of content and his recent videos are really doing well.I think full on japanese+subtitles would be amazing for us) -Gameplay(A youtuber named piropito's minecraft playthroughs are doing very well even tho all of his videos are in japanese+english subtitles. And its litterly the perfect way of creating a long form video) -Meme reviews(no comment , its the king of contents 🗣️🔥 and awesome to have fun+create long form content.) -Overall interesting content (can be about a cool gadget , toy , game , cooking , cute animals(for sure) , nice places) Lastly ,i belive vlog or travel type of videos are not that interesting to people unless there is a cool or funny moment in the clip. But i think you should make a community post gathering more information about what your audience would want to see.But definetly , 100% we would learn more and enjoy if some of your new videos are in full japanese+english subtitles. Hope this helped 🤗
@@andreraphael6727 Horrible is a bit harsh 😅 I think it might be because the words or products originated from English. Strange they don’t use a more Japenese word like ‘atsui’ for hot? Sayaka, do you know way?
Duolingo really helping me 😂 おいしいコーヒーが 出来上がりました I recommend turning off roman characters. It makes it way harder. Also write everything down. Especially the important ones. Then go to your local University or library and ask the Japanese teacher for clarification. Just make sure they are not busy. Good luck
"Hotto kaferate no regyuraa onegaishimasu" only contains two Jaanese words, 'no' and 'onegaishimasu'. the rest is English. It's basically "Hot cafe latte no regular onegaishimasu"
I love your vids. I struggle so much learning Japanese because on Duolingo they speak way too fast and don't explain rules well. I hope I can find something bettter soon. So thank you very much for speaking also so clear and in an actual fine pace ♥️
5 seconds into the video and already there's a question I never see in Japanese phrasebooks ...what size drink do you want! Seems so obvious. Thank you. These real life interaction videos are super helpful ❤
In Japan right now 😊. What I’m having a hard time with is hearing the cashier. And just understanding what they are saying 😳. I’m still a novice, but the muffle through the face mask makes it harder.
My go-to fresh latte is from Lawson; surprisingly delicious (I don't like the ones from 7E or Famima). Used to regularly get mega size to help me power through a stressful work day.
I think i can imitate. ❤Thanks for teaching. This time's is why came my mind good is that i love coffee and i always get strength through coffee. 🖤☕️ And i💛 can-not omit yours is extremely helpful to also correct learning english.
@NihongoDekita I wanna second it that this video was my favorite so far. I love your other content but they go fast and I'm still only 50 days into Japanese learning. but I was to understand everything here. I even understood that it was telling me that "delicious" oishi coffee is ready. So for the words I didn't know in Japanese, I learned them in English subtitles, the words I already knew in Japanese like "delicious" and sumimasen for example, I instead didn't read the English subs but instead subconsciously read the Hiragana instead so I think it served as amazing full coverage. The ONE note I'd add that I wish I had in this video: after you were describing each part of the coffee order separately, you merged them into 1 sentence (amazing example btw), but then you emphasized on the "no" word right before the "regular" of the full sentence, I think it could be some sort of sentence connector similar to "wa" but I wish I had a small pop up with a comic book freeze frame with the same purple color as the "no" and do a quick "this word is a and means ABC123" or whatever, even for a couple of frames. That way I had the option to instantly pause and learn it forever in practice... Right now, I have to go and try to search for it separately not knowing what to search for instantly. I'm sure I'll find it out shortly but those are rhe low hanging fruits that a language learner would instantly love to have on hand 😂 Thank you again for the videos. This wasn't a negative critique btw. Just my positive feedback and appreciation for your videos.
@NihongoDekita Thank you for all the sugoi videos! I'm not complaining, but the struggle to get sweetener in Japan is real! 🤔 I even took sachets from Starbucks (printed in Japenese) to my local coffee shop to ask how to say 'sweetener' and nobody seemed to know what sweetener was 😵💫
I had to learn this on my own when I visited. Messed up most of the time, but I still got a coffee. There is only so much vending machice coffee I can drink.
I made me happy that you respected the cashier and kept the focus on you. If I see "too many" people my ADHD kicks in and my head is full of quesions. :D
Hey i really like your work. 2 questions 1st. Where did you study English (could you do an episode about your life?) 2nd. How can i become your student? And what is your email or contact method for students? Thx

@NihongoDekita I think everything in Japanese is more cool
Love your teaching you are my favorite teacher ❤️
Thank you! 🫶🏻
japanese is becoming just english with a different accent
A trend Both Good and Bad
😂
My thoughts! 😂
I agree, and it's horrible.

you mean romaji? It's not that hard for me lol
Romaji is just a nuisance cluttering the view.

Woah, I love the way you teach things!
Conbini latte is really good indeed
"Hotto kaferate no regyuraa onegaishimasu" only contains two Jaanese words, 'no' and 'onegaishimasu'. the rest is English. It's basically "Hot cafe latte no regular onegaishimasu"
Note to self: Ordering hot coffee is just extremely broken English. Jokes aside, really helpful video!
Woww. Daily life, japan and real conversations !!! Loved it

Cute video idea, appreciate the effort that goes into making these useful/relatable
I've been studying French for months and I can't believe I forgot how to pronounce the R in Japanese when you say regular😂😅
ok everything solved with katakana😂
Thank you for this absolutely vital information ❤
I absolutely love this! It makes me realize I’m making progress here! This is so cool!
😂❤ Arigato Gozaimasu! Now I can move to Japan cuz Hotto Cofferatte is all I need to persist!

Ah, Tsunashima. I remember this 7-11 from way back
Just ask for a regular hot coffee, but with an accento, got it.
Less than two bucks for coffee. Wow.
Super helpful. Thanks, Sayaka!
Really sweet. Love learning Japanese from her.😘
I love japan
best video, informative and fun, hope you did not burn yourself! 🥰
No Sayakas were harmed in the making of this hot coffee video..... okay, maybe one.
This is so much better than a textbook 😄

Hey! Could you explain why レギュラー goes after の instead of before? (In other words, why is it not レギュラーのホットカフェラテ)
I have the exact same question, I thought the most descriptive word (coffee) would go last
Nice video! ^-^
You say it “COFFEE no REGULAR”, when my textbooks says to use “REGULAR no COFFEE”. Is there a difference? Is one more correct?
But you all should do it in Lawson, for the coffee there is better 😩👌
Sayaka actually looks attractive in jeans. 🤔
mitte kurete Arigatou 🎉
I know, convinience store in Japanese is konbini (I don't know how to write Japanese)
Whats the name of all coffee size in japanese?
Hotto kaffee kudasai! I can speak Japanese!
this girl is so pretty it's hard to concentrate on learning the basics...
Go for some cold brew coffee Sayaka Sensei 👍

7 Eleven! :0
Are the sugar, creamer, gum syrup ki da torihoudai?😅 I like my latte creeeeamy.. might have to put 3 shots of creamer 😅
Careful don't burn yourself on hot coffee!!
When to use 'to' and when to use 'no'?
‘to’ is “and” while ‘no’ is the possessive.
So creamer is...コーヒーフレッシュ?
What in the 和製英語 lol.
I have a serious question from asian to asian: is the milk lactose free?
