Separation of Church and State protects us all. Mixing in religion with Government sounds so right(!) but it can have dreadful consequences, as we know.
There is no such law of separation of church and state. It was used in the beginning of America to say that the government can’t make a state be Baptist, or catholic , or presbyterian. But it is not an actual law

So true. Usually such laws are used to control the masses; very little to do with religion per se. Those in charge are usually NOT religious. Religion is a method to control the masses. Just take a look at the people championing this idea right now. Nearly all lead ungodly lives.
The idea was to keep the state out of religion not religion out of the state. The separation came from Europe where princes kept persecuting Christian sects that they didn't agree with. It ended with the treaty of Westphalia which was the idea that states would not interfere in religion. It was always assumed the state would be Christian.

Pray, read God’s Word and serve others with gladness in your heart! Tell them the Good News of the gospel of our Anointed Saviour and the depth of what Christ did on the cross. He desires our hearts to be sincere and to change bad habits to good habits. Glorify Him by praying, praising and pleasing God Almighty in whatever you say, do or think. He doesn’t expect perfection but we strive to glorify God as head of our family. May we all draw closer to the true living God and stop pleasing man out of traditions. Daniel suddenly realizes his friend was restored unto him and asking Daniel to tell him about his God known as Yahweh, the Elohim over all the Earth and whose kingdom is in heaven. He tells Nebuchadnezzar of his Jewish faith and then Nebuchadnezzar finds out that Daniel will give him his throne back for free.
Nebuchadnezzar stands before his throne looking out at all of his kingdom and he praises the real King over everything and Daniel is happy to step down over Babylon.
Now Daniel understands why Yahweh had made Daniel perplexed for an hour in Daniel 4:19.
This is why Yahweh had told Daniel to tell Nebuchadnezzar that if he desires to be the prideful king of Babylon he had best get use to recognizing that ALLAH is greater than Nebuchadnezzar here on this Earth.
Nebuchadnezzar is too prideful to lower himself and so he has to recognize that he is under ALLAH here on this Earth, but upon getting back his throne in Babylon he extols and praises the God of heaven, and that my friend is not ALLAH.

We need to constantly be seeking ways to draw closer to God throughout our daily routines. One way is to refresh your mind in the morning with the words to a familiar hymn so when that worldly song comes on in the grocery store and wants to live in your head for the rest of the day you have a tool in your arsenal to directly combat it. Having this constant attitude of seeking God has opened doors in my walk and prayer life.

However I only know a few Christian teachers that speak and teach the truth on Trump. I voted for him twice but never again. The Lords Day is the day God made holy no matter who commandeered the term later. Where is your scripture that shows a transfer of sacredness? I’m going through the book of acts right now. Astounding with all the arguing that is done over circumcision that you don’t see a whole lot of argument regarding the Sabbath. It’s also interesting how often it is mentioned that Paul and the apostles met on the sabbath. Your proof texts for Sunday sacredness are enjoyable in part because the weakness of them affirms the sabbath of the decolouge. It’s also interesting to note that the new day began at Sunset, according scripture “ and the evening and the morning were the first day”. So to meet in the evening of the first day of the week was to meet on what we now call Saturday night. This means that Paul intended to journey on Sunday morning.

@@kansaimike That's not what ppl refer to when they talk about the "separation of church and state". Freedom or religion =/= separation of church and state. The phrase refers to the government dictating what religion ppl are supposed to practice. So as OP said, the Constitution itself never specifically mentions anything separation of church and state. The phrase is found in writings that AREN'T part of our legal law.
The second amendment most certainly IS a part of the constitution.
