- Water 💧
- Oil for frying

*Instructions:*
1.Fry without oil the Mug Dal to turn reddish color
2. Boil the dal into a smooth paste with milk 🎨
3. Mix the dal paste with wheat flour,, and a pinch of salt. Stir it like you mean it! 🌀
4. Add water gradually to make a smooth dough and make the puli ptha with coconut pur 🌊
5. Heat oil in a pan. Give the pitha into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Golden and crispy - just how we like it! 🌟
6. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil. 🏖️
7. Then mix with sugar syrup.
Serve these crispy, sweet delights hot and watch them disappear in seconds! Warning: They are seriously addictive! 😍
