I don't know Tamil but i have been to this wonderful place in the year 2007 maybe. During my visit, the hills are covered with huge trees and there was cc foothpath. The church we seeing now was under construction and have a scars at the back damaged by elephants. The place was serene and calm. There was only two or three preist looking after tge place. I brought miraculous water from the well. I enjoyed hilly steeps and slopes. It was an amazing trip and memorable for me.
My children are very happy to see a man who explained so well about christianity who is in the film industry They told to tell you a very big thank you brother

Hello friend You have enlightened the people about St. Thomas.one of the twelve disciples of Jesus. He came to kerala and then to Tamil Nadu. When he was praying at St. Thomas mount a person who did not like christanity to be spread came with a spear and stabbed him from the back. The deciple St. Thomas died serving Jesus. A cross which is in the church was carved by his own hands. It was shedding blood for few years and now stopped. Jesus loved him very much. Jesus presence can be felt there always.

According to 📖1 Timothy 2:1, the Bible says, you can make intercession on behalf of others.
St.Thomas did not put his finger in JESUS' wounds. When Jesus said, " Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands;and reach hither thy hand , and thrust it into my side : and be not faithless , but believing.
And Thomas answered and said, unto Him, My Lord and my God".( John 20: 27,28).
So the moment Thomas saw the wound marks, he recognized Jesus and said, my Lord and my God.. It was written so we may know that Thomas never again doubted but came to India and at Chennai , mount road he died as martyr for his faith in JESUS. I am from a Hindu family but received Jesus into my life when I was 19, and today I am 74 years and following Jesus in my heart & life. Thank you brother.
