I've been asked to give upward feedback. But I actually think my manager is great and there isn't much to improve on. The one particular issue I have is maybe not recognising my workload sometimes. The only thing is that when she gives me a lot of work, I also know that she asks the rest of the team and they are super busy, too (I've opened my inbox in the mornings to see emails sent to me at 11pm the night before). So it's not necessarily a personal issue... it's just a general point.

Did your accent change at the start or am I crazy?

Lol. It's me. It's not you. My accent is confusing because English wasn't my first language. I first learned American English when I went to an international school and was taught by American teachers. I then moved to the UK and learned a more British English (or English english) lol if that makes sense. I explain all in my get to know me video. ua-cam.com/video/NrNm0owGakY/v-deo.html

Can you tell a bit about people skills like major ones of course you can't list them all here. Also what can i do or ask the right questions that yield the desired results? e.g. if i'm being mis-treated by my collegues/manager how to let them know without being doomed in corporate slavery.

Joy, So what feedback did you give your two bosses, after all that build up of "do you really want me to give you feedback" haha?? :) Seems like you forgot to add that bit. And what's wrong with telling them your meetings are too long, or you need to not cut people off when they are speaking, etc that others gave as a laundry list? Those feedback seemed reasonable/practical/actionable to me - they could be phrased more constructively.
