Being my own observer and catching myself before I allow my internal dialogue and bad significant emotional events drive my actions. Thanks Ajit - Super awesome as always!

It's strange maybe, but I've begun using a computer-generated voice to ask me coaching questions, so I feel like I'm being coached by someone else, and I record it all. I haven't coached yet, but I want to coach myself first to become more self-aware. I do have a business coach, though, and he is awesome at lighting a fire under me so I get things done!

That is not a bad idea at all. There is a school of thought which suggests we could have a good coaching session with AI. I know you are feeding questions in this examples, but the idea has been explored currently in using AI generated questions as well. Keep us posted on how it goes!

Was recently introduced to The Wheel of Life technique, which then sent me on a search on how to learn more.
I recently was asked to speak to a group of those who are or who have been through a breakup or divorce. I was asked to speak as the coordinator found my personal journey and growth on how I found myself and my own joy after my divorce 5 years ago.
I look back on the woman I was 5 years ago vs who and where I am now, and I am so proud of the personal growth I went and continue to grow through.
Back to the wheel of life technique...I still find myself stuck in certain areas of my life that I want to grow in. Those areas seem stagnant and challenging. I know I am destined for great things and must work on my self limiting beliefs that I feel are holding me back from pushing forward.
My goal is to be a motivational (life) coach for others...and I know it will come to pass I must continue to do my own growth work. I am so thankful I found your channel.

What a beautiful reflection, Deb! It's so crucial to take the time to reflect on where we were and where we are, and appreciate our journey and growth along the way ❤ We're so happy our channel is providing you the tools and support you need on this path ❤ Thank you for sharing!

Thanks for this amazing and helpful video!
Self-coaching is great, and I'm doing it everyday long for now more than 3 years. But it does not replace a good coaching session with a human, as I experienced few days ago. Sometimes, we "cannot" ask ourselves the right question, the one that really deserves us at the time, because it is the most uncomfortable one.
What now helps me a lot each day, is being even more self aware, allowing to distinguish when there a false believe, when something is not that clear (leading to procrastination), or when I didn't listen to my soul indicating what is the next step on my journey (most of the time requiring to face a fear :P). So, for me, the most efficient tool for self coaching is practicing self awareness to be better know myself and being my #1 fan and supporter.

Great video, thank you! I'm using microjournaling as included in exist.io. You can rate your day on a scale from 1 to 5 as well as put down a few notes. Besides that, I can tag days with custom tags like "travel", "alcohol", "learning", "reading", ... On top of that, exist.io gives me correlations with other activities: music, steps, emails, weather, locations, ..... It helps me figure out what makes and breaks my mood, productivity, creativity.

I try to watch you. But always stop in less than one minute. Because of the back ground music.there is no place for music for such videos . Think about it

We're sorry to hear that, Ulrich. Music is one of the elements we use to make our educational videos light-hearted and fun, yet not distracting. We appreciate your feedback anyways and will keep in mind for future reference :)
