      My top picks are:
      Mundaring Powerlines
      Julimar Forest
      Brunswick Junction
      For sand/dunes:
      Wilbinga (nearer to Perth)
      Yeagarup - Callcup Hill, Bornholm Beach, Dirk Hartog (further drives)

    I thought I knew the answer but this video put an interesting twist to it. Personally, I would argue Vic is the 4wd hotspot and WA the Touring hotspot. But I will admit I haven't spent as much time out there as yourself. Good video buddy.

    I did not know that Dalhousei Springs in the NT, nor did I know that heading east towards Birdsville (Qld) is in the NT. Go figure that?
