I can ride it easily on busy roads without any difficulty even with the air comfy seat installed I can ride easily. In the case of reverse, I can do it on flat roads easily but if there's an elevation behind then it is difficult and it is not just because of bike's height but also because of bike's weight. However you can reverse your bike, by grabbing it from the left side of the bike easily.

I didn't face any issue except gear position indicator, and that too isn't a issue, it's a slight delay.
