Only issue with this bike is service and maintenance after sell. Also clear from your video in India we can run bikes pretty well at Max 80-90KMPH
Since Yezdi currently only has 2 models. I think service center experience should be good.
80-90 is a little slower
On those wide empty highways you can cruise at 100-110 nicely. 120 crusing speed is easily doable. You can cover a lot of distance.
Bike should be upto the task.

Hi Strell.Great video here just like the last one. Appreciate all the effort you put. Completely unrelated to this video but do you feel that the KTM 390 Adventure is worth purchasing for 4.35 Lakhs on road price Bangalore, or do you think that it's overpriced?
That is expensive for a KTM. I guess it depends on why you are buying the bike.
Just a weekend toy? Commuting? Long tours?
Maybe want some street cred? Brand image?
Don’t buy adv unless you are seriously hooked about going on long rides every now and then.

I am in the same dilemma now. While gt as my dream bike, good in performance but poor in ergonomics, scrambler is good in ergonomics and can do city rides only.

@@floydanto7194 Please don't hear what people have to say. Test drive it yourself and decide. Having a 411 cc engine, it will heat up more than a 150-160 cc bike. But similar to a 250 cc commuter bike (since RE bikes are known to have longer stroke, hence less RPM).

I was expecting little bit more from yezdi scrambler, but then again, what do I know about bikes, maybe its a good speed for a scrambler bike.

I dont understand. I own an old yezdi roadking 1995 model and even that one does 140kmph when engine gets heated up. They shouldve made this much more quicker on the top end or atleast made this one with a kicker. As an old yezdi owner and enthusiasist i was expecting a lot from new yezdis and honestly this is a let down.

I feel cb 350 is a whole package motorcycle whereas Scrambler has a certain little kick to it.

Yes, it must have taller gear ratios than other High Power Low Torque bikes (Like, KTM, R15, Dominar, etc.)
Generally, the High Power Low Torque engines have very high rev range like 9000+ rpms.
But these Yezdi & Jawa have lower rpms (max power around 7000 rpm) despite of having High power & Low Torque. (First time I saw this type of engine having low rpms)
So, to utilize power, gear ratio needs to be put on higher side.
But no need to worry, as it is High Power Low Torque engine, the torque curve is flat (wide rev range from 2000~7000 rpm).
Anyways, there is one good point of having low rpm in this Yezdi that slightly increased fuel economy than other high reving engines with similar Torque to Power ratio.

It's completely based on your riding style. For me at a cruising speed of 85 to 95 I am getting a mileage 31.5 kmpl. If we go above 100 it drops to 27 to 29kmpl.

143 on it's speedo means 125-128kmph only, big error.
I got it when you took off and 80 seemed like 65-70

Yezdi meter is the most accurate, compared with any brand. The other brand will show higher speed
