Why 2 NASA astronauts are stuck on the International Space Station

Time is ticking for NASA to decide on how it's going to bring two American astronauts stuck on the International Space Station back to Earth. It's been three months since Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams went to space on Boeing's Starliner, which is now facing technical malfunctions that have, so far, prevented a return trip.
