Sadly the Blendtec Pro 800 has continually failed me for years. The motor burns up when you use the hot soup mode. Blendtec has always replaced it, but with another one that burns itself up. "Hot soup mode" = "Self destruct mode" ua-cam.com/video/0N0EUvd6RtY/v-deo.html
