This produces a beautiful sound. I've always enjoyed listening to the metal drummers of Jamaica. But, this wood tunga drum is better, by far. Thanks for sharing your talents online. Blessings
This is awesome! Definitely going on my wish list of instruments. I already admired the sound of your other drums from the website and videos, but this combo design is a whole new level of sound. Keep up the great work!
very cool! Great idea to combine the tongue drum with with pan! Sounds amazing. I have been playing around with attaching a two toned wooden bongo box (mini cajon) to one side of my drum... Love your drums! Keep em coming!
Thanks mate. Hope that goes well for you. I will say this, I have played around with snares on my drums to try and create something like a cajon/tongue drum. The main problem I found is that it is near impossible to isolate the snare from the tongues. Every time you hit a tongue you will get a nasty snare vibration. But best of luck with it, I hope you find a solution to this frustrating problem!
These drums will sell. Handpans, tongue drums are in big demand. Makes me think that there might be some kind of legal rather than production/demand issues involved. A shame such a beautiful instrument isn't readily available.
Hi, very impressed by the sound of the instrument, great job. I use to play handpan for a year, so still a beginer. Is there a place in France where I can test the instrument? What is the tune of both instrument you show in the video? My Handpan is F/C, Db, Eb,F,G, Ab, C, Eb. Will they be in harmony with this tuning?
Very unique and inventive! I love it!
Amazing! I'm sold :D

One of the best tonewise with clean definition and sustain.
Are those dots just for visual appeal?
Yes the design and appearance are noteworthy!

LOVE IT!
Amazing work. What a fantastic sound. I would absolutely buy one of these. When will they be available?
I Love These Kind of Instruments and would Love to learn how to make Thema. Anyone any ideas how to geht started properly?
I need one of these when will they be available again?
Do you still sell these? What is the diameter & how thick is the wood for the percussion part?
Would it be reliable to add a configurable weight below to change the tuning to close values?
That's a good idea until the weight peels off with that banging on the keys or structure of the instrument.

Ha! Twice in one day! Hey dude .... Still looks like a fun instrument but you're doing great work on the pans these days!! 🤗🕳🎶
Cheers Debbie! There's an endless list of reasons I had to stop making these. But I've got some tongue drum ideas itching at the back of my brain 😂
