She just needs to stop being so attention seeking and act normal. Roasting her is ok but it’s getting old. She should hire a personal trainer, become healthier, get a therapist for her seemingly bad attention seeking issues, and act normal. Even if she doesn’t want to lose weight, she needs to do the other things. The insecurity is kinda obvious
