Wrestling official, Nick Dettorre is encouraging young people to become involved in being a referee

For the last several years, Coach Nick Dettorre has taken the skills he has learned on the mats as a coach and more recently as a wrestling official.
As with many sports, the need for up and coming officials has become a challenge and the chapters and they are very much open to training, recruiting and helping get more involved in being a referee.
Take a few moments and see if this is something you would consider doing and it would certainly help the current shortage of these very important people in making the games occur.
