this is pretty accurate...I brought my girl friends vehicle to get a windshield replacement...there was no waiting room so I watched the guys replace the windshield...they offered me some cookies/biscuits, and some Chai, I was accompanied by an old Indian man who just kind of lounged around and read the news paper. The guy doing the work was wearing an old Bluetooth headset and was on the phone the whole time. There was white receptionist and another man stopped in the shop too...it was a window place, with engine parts on the floor lol they offered other work for a good price. I would go back. I am not Asian if you were wondering.
