I also think his voice is ideal for these type of lists, as I believe a more upbeat or fluctuating tone of voice is inferior to a monotonous one when discussing horror. However, I don't know if it's the way he talks naturally or an act, but I think the horror mood is ruined by him elevating the pitch of his voice and stretching out the last syllable at the end of every single sentence. Throughout most of the sentence, his voice sounds fine, but when he reaches the final word he always makes the last syllable higher and longer than the rest of them. Watch the video, and you should know what I'm talking about. Anyone else bothered by that or just me? It's especially apparent in any word ending with the ee sound.

It's located just a mile from the Boothill Graveyard. What many people don't know about Boothill Graveyard, is many of the bodies were actually buried at the bottom of the hill (near my grandmother's house). In fact, the family who lived in the old house behind my grandmother dug up many skeletons in their backyard. Grandma's house was VERY haunted. The day my grandmother was buried, her five children, including my dad, were sitting at her dining room table trying to decide whether to sell the house or rent it. All of a sudden, a "woman" completely dressed in black, including a black veil, walked out of my grandmother's bedroom, past the "kids" and disappeared when she walked into the kitchen. My dad asked, "Who in the hell was THAT?" They all went into the kitchen, and nobody was there, and the back door was shut, and deadbolt-locked from the inside. They decided to sell the house.
