I grabbed the tones off the Bias FX2 cloud and they do sound great. Your playing on the snippets (and on previous Gilmour videos) is, as always, excellent and very inspiring. Thanks! Much appreciated!
I like 1) your personality and the person you are, 2) the fact that you genuinely teach, you are not hiding anything like many others, 3) your life story is somewhat similar to mine regarding guitar career, though I’m much less accomplished. Thank you.
Kelly, you are my favorite new discovery on YT. Your solo series through the 70s is fantastic. Perhaps you'll continue throught the 80s? I love your Gilmour covers and teachings, I'm a DG junkie. Perhaps you'll do a cover/analysis on Pink Floyd's new song "Hey, Hey Rise Up"? Some tasy, melodic playing on that --- Keep the awesome content coming (btw, I'm sober 8 years in May). -Dave
Entertaining, Interesting and Helpful. Just discovered you and Subscribed. Great Channel! I use a Kemper so hopefully these settings will transfer over to it. Thanks
Brilliant, would love to see more videos like this on tone within bias fx2. Have you uploaded any of your other tones to bias fx2 tone cloud and if so how do find them. Your channel is brilliant , I think you should do videos like this for all your learning videos they are so helpful , loved your Gary Moore videos maybe a look at tones for them ,love the loner one. Many thanks
I could use many more of these tone videos for Gilmour tunes ...I'm having a tough time with Bias FX2 getting anything close to what you get . You sir are a master of tone.
Sounds great, and very nice playing! I'm certainly no expert when it comes to Gilmour's tones, but this inspired me to create a couple of (vaguely) similar tones on my creaky old HD500X. Makes me wish I hadn't sold my Fender Strat. I guess I'll just have to start looking for a new one. 😄
Hi Kelly dean i am thinking about purchasing bias fx2. Which package do I need to make use of your presets? As they come in standard, pro and elite. Many thanks Jon
I just checked and apparently i was wrong about that unfortunately. They are two seperate toneclouds. I thought for sure that they were the same. Sorry about that.
Love David Gilmour and Jimmy Page. You play their material exceptionally well. Born in '58 so I grew up with all that stuff. Might I ask a possibly tiresome question about what strings and picks you use? I keep jumping around with both after playing for 30 years. 😟🙏😂
@@KellyDeanAllenGuitar thanks for responding. What prompted the question was I didn't see much of the pick between your fingers so I assumed it was of the Jazz 3 variety. You must choke up on the pick a lot. Again excellent playing. Really enjoyed the top 10 Jimmy Page solos vid which I agree with everything you said on it. Thanks again.

No one can do an exact tone as Gilmour so don't worry... 👍
You got very close though
amazing tone! great job, great playing. Which backing track did you use? Did you make everything yourself?
There is one tone that I cannot reproduce in Bias FX 2 and that is "High Hopes" solo tone. Any chance you could give it a go?
he has a phase 90 on the 3rd solo
Beautiful! What type of pickups are you using?
Seymour Duncan hotrails.

I have Elite, but almost everything that I use, can be found in the pro version.
Tube screamer and a uni-vibe and adjust your tone settings and thatll get you close ..
Hey, haven't been able to locate the Spark tones...have they been uploaded?
I'm not 100 percent certain now that the bias fx tonecloud is the same as the Spark, but I thought for sure that it was.
search, 'KDA'?
@@dgmccomb1437 I searched KDA in the tonecloud and found them no problem.
