1st of all i really want to thank you for uploading basics of usg which are not clearly written even in Williams.... You are awesome Sir.... I am glad that i found your you tube channel
Sir in my reports it is written PLACENTA IS POSTERIOR and REACHING UPTO OS . I am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant .Sir please tell the meaning of this report,is their any danger. Doctor advised me to have complete rest
Hi Meenu. The placenta keeps moving throughout the pregnancy and attains a fixed position later in pregnancy. 13weeks and 5 days is very early and there is a probability that it may move upwards. I don't think there is a cause for worry but I agree with your obstetrician and you should rest as you should not take any chances. But the placenta will move upwards as the pregnancy progresses.
You are great sir.Thank you
You are awesome. Obstetrician , Gynecologist and a Sonologist. Hats off to you.
