      I am using the other recipe for Aebleskiver, because when I use yeast, I call it "Förtchen" :-)) BTW: I use chop sticks for turning them around and clarified butter (is it drawn butter?) for frying. We have just eaten them for breakfast :-)))

      ***** Yes, born in the very north (you can probably guess that from the name) and when I now look outside, I see the Alps :-) I still like the northern cuisine (and all other).

      svenpetersen1965 Because of your name, I thought you were Danish, and in my youth I lived in Frankfurt, but I don't remember ever having aebleskiver in Germany. I enjoyed the German food and Germany is a very beautifu country.l.
