Kashmir Shaivism: Nothing Exists which is not Shiva

The Svacchanda Tantra declares “na shivam vidyate kvachit”, nothing exists which is not Shiva. Shiva here refers to boundless Consciousness which both transcends all things yet manifests itself as each and every form and experience. This talk relates a synchronistic direct revelation of this truth.
