Chelsea has so much talent, but definitely need more experience. Sometimes it feels like they play Football Manager, buys up a lot of talents with high potential, but forget about current ability being important too.
Isn't experience acquired if you play more often? Then what's the point of buying young players with high potential if you'll also get a vet who plays ahead of them? That's why this is a transition season. Slowly Poch is learning which is his best 11.
@@davenalunat1433 Not all players should be veterans, but a more balanced squad would not hurt. While Sir Alex Ferguson did show you could win using kids, he is the exception, not the rule.

For the expansion of the champions league I believe the two leagues that perform the best (gets the most uefa coefficient points) the season prior (so 2023/24 season for 2024/25 season) get awarded another spot. Unlike with league ranking they use only the one year, not five years. So practically this means Premier League will most likely have a 5th spot unless two other leagues outperform them
Edit: just checked and in 19/20 the prem got the third most points after laliga and bundesliga, so of course not unheard of

Look for free agents regens they could count as youth academy as they are from other teams academy.
Hahaha similar happened to me, got fired by Grimsby town second season. I signed free agents which I sold for good profit and spent 15m on Fernandez, a CDM from Boca Juniors. And the club weren’t satisfied because he was on 30k a week when the rest of the squad were on 10m-..despite making a league 2 side 50m profit in one season. 😅

From what I can understand from the audio it seems like you use too much of a gate effect and sometimes it makes it difficult to understand, uneven and difficult to fully enjoy your videos. @@Zavii there is, firstly it's more of a challenge and secondly you would have players more well rounded, like a winger with at least 80 shooting and a diffender with more that 50 dribbling, and midfielders with almost 80 in all their stats
