1) Don't sign Yamal, Barcelona would never let him go irl and have put a £1Biliion release clause in his contract.
2) Stop playing De Jong as a holding midfielder, put him on Playmaker and maybe utilize Ugarte as the defensive midfielder but put a development plan on him to up his tackling. This does mean though you'll have to make a choice for who is the starting playmaker Bruno or De Jong.
3) You don't need Yamal you already have Garnacho with 87 potential, Amad Diallo with 85 potential, Tsygankov who's 85 overall and now Meyer with minimum 89 potential so you're fine.
