Looks kinda like a Fishtail braid (i recommend Fishtail braid for TOTAL beginners because once you understand it its really easy) 💜

Ok so i tried this MULTIPLE times, and every time i try it, it fails. This looks VERY easy, but it’s really not. Im not sure if im just not understanding it, but for me it’s very challenging.I dont recommend if you have long thick hair.

Villian Arc suggestion- you could just cut off the top three braids at scalp level and then slide that hair right out. You'll have a reverse mullet but the remaing braids will be easy to untangle.
Btw/JIC it wasn't obvious, that is not real advice. 😂Just what I contemplated doing when I was in your place 😅. Best to set aside a weekend to load up your hair with very thick conditioner and slowly disemble each braid with a rat tail comb, the ones with a small, tight set of combs and a thin long handle. If you want to keep your length, you gotta be super patient.
