There is no state crime in the NY case, as the bookkeeping missondemors are past the statue of limitations.

So how does this work? The feds won't charge, and Bragg might be able to talk a jury into convicting, but the case is not survivable on appeal - even the creepy judge has warned the prosecutor of giving yet more avenues to appeal.

I asked her one simple question: “who determines if you are guilty?”

So I can't say I'm pro-life or pro-choice - I can't say I'm satisfied with either personally - but is anyone else _really bothered_ by the phrasing of 'anti-choice'? For comparison, I could not fathom the kind of blood-curdling screams of indignant anger one would hear in response to describing a pro-choice advocate as 'anti-life'. It is a similarly ignorant and inappropriate label that just goes to show a total lack of understanding for why someone adopts one position or the other on a subject like this. Just had to get that off my chest, I've heard pro-life contorted into 'anti-choice' multiple times and it always irritates me.

If You want charges for documents for Trump, you should want them for Biden as well.
Nope. Most of Biden's documents weren't classified. Also they were from when he was a U.S. Senator. He donated those papers to the University of Pennsylvania library. But he also had some files from when he was Vice President, he gave NAIRA those documents back. So did former VP Mike Pence.
Donald Trump fought the authorities at Mar-a-Largo for MONTHS. He hid those government files for more than a year. So even if none of them were classified ( actually dozens of them are ), OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE is a crime! The FBI didn't raid the resort -- they had a suepeona and a court-approved search warrant. He needs to be criminally tried. The only problem is that Judge Aileen Cannon is a Trump-er , and her strange rulings are protecting him...... to a point! Jack Smith has the authority to appeal to the 11th Circuit court to have Cannon replaced by an unbiased judge. If it comes to that, it will be another delay in that trial starting.
There is in fact a major difference between those two cases. Trump has every right to have those documents. Biden had no right to have those documents.
The DOJ in a filing I want to say on Wednesday admitted to the court, and even the judge said, do you have evidence that the boxes were marked classified or the folders in the boxes were classified, and would Walt Nada Trump’s assistant who is also been charged know that inside were classified document or that trump was being investigated for it. Jack Smith agree that he wouldn't have known but they are charging him with conspiracy anyway. Read Julie Kelly for more insight. Also where is the video tape of Walt Nada sneaking boxes from room to room avoiding the FBI. They always show you the video of the Bank robber walking out of the bank. Trump instead lied to the government for almost 2 years about owning them, showed them to people that were not supposed to see them, and arguably even now still is retaining some of them.

I do think there is a Hail Mary attempt to put him in jail with these indictments, just as the Mueller Probe, First Impeachment Hoax, and Second Impeachment represented their own Hail Mary attempts. The primary purpose of all of these, however, was to generate negative PR- notice how Mueller was dragged over the midterms- but now even that effect is working in reverse, as Americans remember they love an underdog.
