What happened here is that both Toon Link and Falco hit 5 targets. Toon Link hits 1 with his hookshot and 4 with his boomerang. Falco, on the other side, hits 2 targets with hs lasers and 3 while being in the air and doing a Neutral Aerial (Nair) which means to stand still in the air and press the A button. You can move while doing this move.
The hitstun is the reason people dont like Brawl, because there's no combos (which I dont agree with). And most of the technical stuff you mentioned is glitches, not purposely programmed into the game.

They were removed on purpose for whatever reason, but they were all originally added on purpose as well and were not side-effects of shitty programming. Wave dashing is not a gltich, it's an exploit as how wave dashing works was done on purpose but never was made to be used the way it was used. None of these things are glitches.

Exploits do not always break the game, they simply abuse loopholes and faulty logic. glitches are literally broken parts of the game that may or may not be abused. If its within the game's programming on a non-breaking sense. It's an exploit. Not a glitch. Go look it up. I'm done for good now. Srsly guy wtf.
