I used to be a foundry worker. I'd handle smelted iron all day, and I'd cut off aluminum castings. It's hard work!
Same! I poured a little in the manual shop and operated a disa! But mostly I dug lol.
Wow…. Welding aluminum. It is one of the most difficult materials to weld because the instant between liquid and solid is so fast. There’s a special skill and training to be able to weld aluminum. I’m in impressed.
Wow, this is the first time I've seen machines work this powerfully. Thanks for sharing!
The guy who handles the chrome plating with just gloves and a cloth over his mouth was the most scary part. And I'm guessing they just flush contaminated water out in a nearby river or let the ground outside soak it up. In any case very interesting to see. 100 years ago we did similar things here.
Greta is on it.🤣
Obviously, they could use your expertise. Don’t you think?
@@viviandukart7878 What they need is for us to pay more for their products, so they can afford to take care of their health and their environment. Nobody in Sweden knows how to do this kind of stuff nowadays. It's dangerous and dirty so we made sure it's performed in some far off country. The jobs here in Sweden are mostly about sitting at computers designing hitech military and AI stuff in order to keep "less developed" countries in slavery. Hope you catch the critical pitch.
I can’t believe it, not a single guard or cover over all those open sprockets, gears, and pulleys! Hahaha
The most extraordinary work I have ever seen, thank you for sharing the video, it is very useful for me...
I feel sorry for the poor souls that have to work like that. Can you imagine all the pollution there. The toxic vapors and chemicals with No personal protection.
This is how most industrial countries started out,
The more health and safety the h8gher products cost
The more you need to earn
That's when labour costs slowly rise and it becomes uneconomical to produce goods
So you outsource he work from poorer countries
My company in the USA requires and pays for ppe at a cost of around $180 per employee per year I think they can afford basic ppe in Pakistan.
@tpk158
Fortunately you live and work in a country where there are law to protect workers, you have unions and a claim culture.
There are good and bad companies everywhere, unfortunately good companies like yours are in the minority
Excluding large Companies using modern machinery, Monthly wage in Pakistan is $160 There is no state or company pensions, the is no paid health insurance supplied, no state help if you can't work. There is no incentive for small to medium companies to improve staffs working conditions as this increases the cost of goods and services
and there are plenty of people willing to accept the work regardless of health and safety concerns
and let's not forget pre 1960s the working conditions in the US fell way short of the working condition now
@@javeedsultan8484 the rights we have im my country were not given to us by the government nor employers we fought for them
@@tpk158 correct, but those that came after reaped the benefits those that fought won.
Even the small companies are bound by the rights won
The point is in poorer countries standing up for better conditions from the smaller companies like those inthis clip has no effect
as there are those willing to work regardless
Ofcouse benefits had to be fought for
You ever heard the phase
You get noting for nothing
Beautiful work . What a great joy to see all this . Thanks Granny USA.
good Factory workers always use FaceMask and Gloves, Safety Boots if needed.
Hard working amazing people❤❤❤
I love the bare handed hexavalent chrome process! I wonder what the life expectancy of those people is.
Barehanded?

mudguard surrounded with hemp - interesting.
Hemp has many uses, not just for getting high.
Imagine if they had strict OSHA and Pollution control laws? I wonder if they could stay in business. God help those hardworking people.
I wished to God I knew what they were making!
It's a pump.!
🤣
Many of these people are masters of recycling. Hopefully over time, someone will compel the powers that be to provide basic personal protection and safety laws. Sadly it will take many years. The work ethic is off the charts. ❤❤❤❤
Luarbiasa..! 👍👍👍
Csúcs szuper!!! Gratulálok.. Nagyon szép..
Manual Labour 101 👌👌👌
Watching these guys work. Wow, good at what they do!! I'll bet they don't get paid for these skills?
The motorcycles for which they make those mudguards in the first process must be massive.
Sungguhpun demikian mereka mempunyai kaki tangan & pekerja yang pro
Western Europe and USA 100 years ago. Industrialization was a costly process... Costly on human lives, not money.
Great job!!!! Congratulations 🎊👍
So this is how they make the Boeing 777 max
That galvanized pipe shop guys should know about this... exposure to welding fumes, particularly zinc oxide, poses significant health risks. These hazards include damage to the lungs and various forms of cancer such as lung, larynx, and urinary tract cancer. Furthermore, specific fumes can result in metal fume fever, stomach ulcers, kidney damage, and harm to the nervous system.
One of the most prevalent health hazards associated with zinc oxide fumes is metal fume fever. This flu-like illness presents symptoms such as a metallic taste in the mouth, headaches, fever, and chills. Although it may seem like a mild sickness, it should not be taken lightly as prolonged exposure can lead to severe health complications.
Yeah... Pakistani industrialists care nothing about this unfortunately. These dudes are working with no PPE (except gloves), and the workers are probably desperate and on the brink of starvation. They'll take any work they can get, and the government and corporations are happy they don't have to spend money on little things like masks, hearing protection, welding goggles, work boots, heat-proof jackets, or ventilation. Oh, and of course they aren't spending money on health insurance. What a sad way to live, I feel bad for all these poor souls.
@@johnhutsler8122 the weld shop video has way more ppe than most foundries over there lol

what he said
Pakistan is a country of local and international industries. Your appreciation
They need to paint these pumps, because the stickers will not hold direct on the rust.
But, its a mass production industry without robots - hard work.

I am so impressed with how these folk work. Some people SIT ON A SMALL TOWEL, doing their work amidst other parts of processes. I remain in awe. Kudos. You can smile when camera gets you.upyou deserve to be proud.
Typischer Büro lappen musst du sein.
You Guy's certainly know your jobs..
I like the segment where they were making " can't miss " spitoons
0:30 interesting having Snoop overhere cutting the previously cut plates to size ….again 😂
This guy pounding on cooking pot reminds me of my uncle finally getting a job at aircraft industry. He said all I do is hold my thing against someone else’s thing… all day. Omg, it was a job, he had many mouths to feed.
Always great video brother from the imperial county California 👍 and happy New year 🎊🎊
Criticisms come easily to those in the western world , these people are trying to improve their lives , i respect them .....from England
I think. This hard working men needs protection for the eyes ears feet hand they are working with out any security so the owner needs to offer them and better salary
nice ekology proces XD
No robots brilliant
So this is what an OSHA approved site looks like? Very cool video. Lots of skill here
Polishing the pots, could have just put another gear on the same spindle where pot is turning and rigged a buffing/sanding machine.
And manually indented each pot....sure that can be automated to some extent.
Each pot, possibly over 100 indentations. Do the math
Wait a dam sec some of these workers are wearing boots
sandle wearer's be like ooh @@
😮❤
trabajan perfecto megusta
I love the fact that they re-used everything and reproduced it from scratch.
Great video

Nice 👍
It's only because of the internet people can now see what factory life is about. I did 13 years light industry myself and asked myself each day "well was it worth it because you traded a day of your life for it". That was right here in the USA. Thats why our parents wanted us to get an education. I didn't listen.
It's unbelievable what kind of jobs you have. So much dirt and hardly any safety.
SAFETY FIRST AND NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED
Glad to see they are wearing their safety flip flops.
Top Video. Why is there no climate adhesive there? Too dangerous for you?
Are you really in that hurry. Why you give the cast no time to cool down within the mould? Too fast makes the sufance harder and more difficult for the machining guys.
It's a good thing most of these people are wearing safety sandals.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
Time 8:13 grass (Cannabis)😂 exelent 👍👍👍
Very good ❤❤ so nice

HOLY MOLEY! Theyre wearing STEEL TOE BOOTS! Not safety sandals! I am duly impressed!
Werk ,inkomen en leven.
Niets meer of minder.
Sometimes I wish we could see how the finished product is used. An example would be….Just what are the big aluminum pots??

Where is this manufacturing facility located? The workers are working without any safety measures like gloves, boots, goggles, or even saftey aprons
Good job but some safety issues, unsafe act & unsafe condition 😢😮 no PPes
Like making soup. What's the metal composition - whatever.
Someone remind me to never buy an Apple Non Stick pan
If nothing else, respiratory protection should be provided to powder coating workers...
24:48 no gloves, 🧤 nice
What's incredible about this? This is just a manufacturing facility full of underpaid people working in horrible working conditions. Show us something incredible.
I would say the video and workers are incredible!

They don’t have access to water like other countries

How many of these men make it to 50 years old? Can't be too many because of the lack of ANY PPE or safety practices.
Exactly my point. Horrible working conditions, and frankly the manufacturing process is not incredible as the title would want us to believe. The exact same thing could be achieved, and a lot faster, with automated machinery that doesn't even need people around.
