What was the issue? Water damaged? The port got bent?
@@potassiumchloride2542 kid shoved the wrong cable into the charge port and damaged it.

$800 iPad Air 4, after 18 months the iPad is death because charging port, unbelievable, Apple is far from been the best

I’m really going to hate usb-c and after $829 for a LTE iPad Air 4 and $42 for extra charging block and cord, well Apple is not my favorite anymore. No more Apple USB-C anything. 😡 This guy is really good, though. Really good.
This was VERY helpful. I'm not new to charging port replacements, but I'm looking at my first Air 4 Cellular port replacement soon and it's nice to see if the procedure changed much from the previous iPad models. Thanks again!

wow they actually reverted the port to microsoldering like the og ipad air.
theyre actually anti repair again.

What happened to the owners iPad for it to be in need of repair in specific are all iPad with tendency or breaking or it’s user error ?
It could be like mine they could have been charging their iPad the wrong way unaware & it made the charging port loose and once it’s loose you have trouble keeping it charged.
What are those springloaded pins on each side of the usb c socket?
I need 2 things, the liquid he's using to remove the glue and whatever he's using for soldering back the charger port... Any help??
