It's horrible to visit Istanbul in winter months (Dec-Mar). It's always cold with frequent rains during winter. Instead visit April-October

Istanbul was capital of Eastern Roman Empire, also called Byzantine Empire, for more than 1,500 years and later capital for the Ottomans. This winter I am flying to Dublin and planning to see Istanbul during my layover. My flight Turkish Airline has a free Istanbul city tour for layover passengers.
Bhai galata tower se better view aapko Camlica hills se mil jayega wo bhi free me. Galata is highly overrated. Uske as paas badiya vibes rehti hain to ghumne k liye theek hai but upar jaana is wastage of money. Camlica hill in Uskudar is a much better alternative and many tourists don't know about it.
