For Hostel Controversy:-
If you are paying high, they won't ask you to wash dishes as they get enough money to hire dishwasher employees but when you are paying less, they don't get that money to hire employee and its not their headache to wash the utensils. So obviously, they 'll ask the customer/eater to wash those utensils
Its like a policy, everyone do business to generate money and not to loss money. So, you have to choose either option
I agree the written thing is wrong but they are correct on washing utensils by self.

I had worked in a Restaurant as manager in Gurgaon, where some foreigners (Japnese, European etc) visited often. I always got that every European wanted to wash their plates. So, I think it should be their culture.

Actually we are there and somehow unknowingly subconsciously representing our country.... so our behaviour and thought process will be judge and compared to India... outside India we are only Indian nothing more or less. I will never allow anyone to judge our country on my sole thought. I am with Devang bhai. There is no harm in washing one plate but that shows our values and culture

In my opinion Devang is absolutely right. We need to follow the rules of the place wherever we are staying or visiting. That thinking comes with mutuality and Devang is much more mature and intelligent guy. Navankur is honest and straightforward which I also like but he has a long way to go....

In every hostel that I have stayed, I have washed my own dishes. It's a kind of policy in hostels. Self service as they call it.
TGV doesn't run at 300 kms throughout the network. It runs the speed only on LGV lines. Outside that, it goes semi high speed. Also depending on the distance of the stations that it would stop. Lastly, wifi speed has been always a concern on TGV. Some lines have very good speed, like Paris -Lille, Paris - Lyon.

I agree with Punjabi, indeed there are many hostels across the globe which expect guests to rinse their utensils. At the same time, there are many others which do not insist on this. So as such, each hostel has its own rules and pricing mechanism which needs to be complied with.

These were some really horrible advise that I just heard through your video. This is very common to wash your own dishes when staying in hostel. And you represent the entire India when travel abroad. It's our responsibility to not demonstrate wrong.

While your stay at any place is service based( price accordingly) , breakfast can be only product or product + service( restaurant).The hostel you were staying maintained their pricing as breakfast as product only- so service( like taking the food on your own / washing dishes) was excluded.

Having said that like many of your viewers I agree with your friend, Devang, that, as a traveler/guest, one should follow the rules and regulations of hostels. Doing things against their rules will only leave a bad impression of you and Indian tourists in general. Having said that you are an honest and kindhearted person and I suggests you focus on the big purpose of world travel (explore beautiful places, people and cultures) rather than everyday small issues! Let me share my hostel experience,I have different experience at different hostels,like if the breakfast is a buffet breakfast in that case we were never asked to wash dishes after breakfast,however if I only use hostel kitchen to prepare my own breakfast,yes in that case I need to wash and clean up everything I used in the kitchen,and this is first time I heard where u were asked to wash ur dishes,even if it’s buffet breakfast,that’s not a good experience even for a hostel standard.

Hostels have it rules atticates, e.g. cleaning utensils and not creating noise at night in the dormitory, and those are the rules and ethics of the hostel, I completely agree with Punjabi. If you don’t like the rules, you are free not to use the services. I am speaking from experience, I have been travelling in hostels for last 6 years and every time some leaves the utensils uncleaned is not apricated by the fellow travellers(not just the hostel staff but other travellers)

Bro, there is something called basic etiquettes in which one is to respect culture whether it is about country/hostel or anything
Secondly, its not about you are paying or not, its about you are paying high or less. Its a basic business rule, for more money you get more services and less money gives you less service.

I've been to hostels where they told me to not wash dishes if I order food from them. If I cook, then I always wash the utensils myself for many years. So, It's subjective fromhostel to hostel...
