Thanks for your help, this is great very helpful. How about the question interviewer ask "Are you a follower or a leader?" thanks Richard, I look forward to this question's answer.
Richard is the REAL DEAL!! Seemed like I was wasting my time doing interviews and receiving constant rejections. Stumbled across his videos and did some fine tuning on my interview responses based on his guidance. Since then, I’ve received back to back interviews and a job offer for an IT administrator position! Thanks so much Richard! You’re really changing lives for the better!
I love you soooooo much richard☺🇳🇳🇿🇳🇿
Thanks guys!
Hello Richard
How can someone send some interview questions to you so as to get a perfect answer for it
I like the first answer most of all because it shows that you're passionate about anything you do and that you're capable of achieving your career goals within a given period of time.
Good reason! :)
I love your videos! I started my new job at a university in February. The supervisor who interviewed me asked a similar question too on why I wanted to leave my job. I gave a mix of the second and third answers you gave. I loved my last job but I was growing and needed to move on.
That is awesome! So happy to hear that! :)
Please would you SUBSCRIBE to my channel? I'd very much appreciate your support. Thank you! Richard 🙏

Sir,
I recently attended a managerial interview. These where the questions. I have answers as per your video on conflict at workplace. But they wanted to know how I intervened on the following.
1) there are ego clashes in your office. How will you deal with it?
2) how do you rate yourself as manager out of 10. Are you a aggressive or passive Manager.
Many thanks
The first response was Great we Need fresh challeng

Hi Richard, I’m part way through a job application which asks me to write answers based on certain criteria, they aren’t questions but more statements and are structured as “ability to prioritise…” “ability to deliver…” and so on. Are these ‘behavioural’ or ‘competency’ based?
OK ua-cam.com/video/JIhjsAcgcfA/v-deo.html
Brilliant answer sir.if you could help to answer following questions that would be great help .
Why did you left job before getting new one ?
THANKS
Thanks Richard. Is it wrong to mention redundancy as the reason for leaving if it actually is the reason?
Not at all! I cover this here: ua-cam.com/video/_i9I7Y09t6U/v-deo.html
2 is the best for me
Great choice! What do you like about it? :)
I've always stumbled with this question.
Do you have any recommendations to say when the reason you left was because you were not appreciated? I gave my all to the company, great friendship and respect BUT the owners were financially selfish and cheap with their employees. I was the backbone of the company (financial/hr department) but did not want to give me a raise after 3 years and never took my recommendations/ideas serious. I left because I was hurt.
How can you answer that?
My advice here is to say you felt the time was right for you to move on into a role where you will face fresh challenges and have the opportunity to grow with the company 👍
The first answer is good
MANY THANKS
Hi Richard. When will you be doing the administrator/admin assistant behavioural questions & answers video?
Hopefully soon and sorry for delay
The 3rd response is the most potential my opinion
MANY THANKS!

I'm a Lil embarrassed here but I gotta admit I'm in a tough spot, see on my last job I was good at it they loved me I had the best team and then I was promoted and I was assigned to another team and guess what things went sour from there until one day I got up and took off without telling Noone. And well 1 year later I'm trying to get back to work but now I have this guilt. Any tips on how to deal with this situation?

I will do that soon
@@CareerVidz Thanks.
Hi Richard I love your videos, I want to ask you I joined job in jan/2020 and in March lockdown happened so shifted to WFH & I'M doing job and in July suddenly they send me termination mail saying we are not satisfy with ur performance So till now it's been 1year 9 months I don't have any job because I don't have laptop at that time and WFH scene is running that time but know I looking for job and I have only 6 months experience. So my question is what I say to interviewer if they ask me Why you leave that job or if they ask me that its been 2 years you are not doing any job or if they ask any privious job related questions. So what should I say please it's a humble request to you to help me and give me answer of this question. Please!
I would be honest and then just explain that you improved since then :) good luck!

I left my 2 jobs for different years because of my delivery case, how I explain this in sentence.?? And also i request you to do video how a housewife after 10 years, attend an interview,,,..🙏
Thanks for the suggestion!
What should I say if I left in the company in just 3months...?
The best thing to do is to be honest :) Here is a video to help: ua-cam.com/video/RxMOsqD6xp8/v-deo.html
@@CareerVidz Thank you.. Really appreciate it
Could you please make a video about disabilities and getting jobs
Good suggestion, thanks!
@@CareerVidz that’s a great suggestion. I don’t ever tell about disability out of fear they’ll not hire me and it’s not required by law to say anything. My last job in which I got hired, I provided disability accommodations to HR and my supervisor was actually mad at me for not saying anything in the interview because she felt I was hiding something from her and when she got her job she told them about her own disability in the interview. In hindsight I wouldn’t do anything different, but it is important to know how to navigate these things and respond professionally.
Could you please cover a long unemployment gap..
It's urgent request.
Sure! I have the perfect video to help: ua-cam.com/video/xJ2ZXW4jcBc/v-deo.html :)

Nice!
I feel like, 2nd answer is more informative..
What makes you think that? :)
@@CareerVidz Hey since there is no clear view of personal opinion which has put across to current employer about Carrer growth, as well to new employer. But this is purely my opinion, can you suggest my if there is some thing that I need to check as well.
Hi sir what reason can i tell if i left job within 6 months. Thankyou
Do you have a reference from someone at that company?
@@charlesbaldo yes and what will be the best answer to explain during interview for short duration period of employment
@@harishg6856 Use number 1 but only touch on the job itself quickly and focus on the opportunity your leaving for as your motivation
@@harishg6856 If you have a reference from someone at the company that means you didn't leave on bad terms. Was it a project that you finished? I do a lot of project contract work and my reason is always "Because the work was done". You need to think of this. Most companies will not call a previous company and ask why someone was let go. The reason is the employee can accuse them of lying if its bad and the company fears law suits if they say he was a good person and it doesn't work out and they find out the company lied they are opening themselves to a lawsuit. Most companies will only say "Yes the person worked here between such and such dates" So if it was negative you might as well make up something that sounds like a good reason.
