It’s probably not viable considering most match ups hard counter. oyassuu is a great player but he is not winning most of his games because the matchups are too difficult

Im personally royal champion noob but you see a lot of cycle skele in front of hog, ice golem in front as usual, and towards 2x elixir you can sometimes get multiple hogs or a musky + hog push which is difficult for duchess
“Hard meta” xbow vs hog is literally 50/50 possibly even more for the hog player because he’s able to go in more than the xbow player who has to be constantly waiting for the perfect time…
