Excellent video Brent :) swap fuel pumps also boost come back lean try put Grey or Black bottle of STP Total Treatment fuel injection and carb cleaner in fuel tank or 89 octane gas with 5% Ethonal or 90 or higher octane gas no Ethonal % at all see happens! I know be lots more cost on Fuel than 87 octane but will help and Bottle stuff to but make difference!
If it runs rich, then goes lean. I only see 3 options tank pick-up is restricted, or fuel line is restricted, or fuel filter is restricted! You don't have a return line with a regulator that is failed?
the vacuum modulator on my mothers 72 caddie went out it was an easy fix an WOW the difference but do try to get your license with a state trooper beside ya when the transmission goes wonky LOL ' hold on i got this as were rolling shift to neutral kill engine restart an continue on ' an i passed the only thing i got negatives on was my parallel parking... you try parking a land ship
At least the modulator valve is serviceable. Being a turbo car does it provide enough vacuum to modulate the shifts? Sounds awesome! Better carry a couple spare tires in the trunk once you get it sorted..👍

disconnect the map so the ecm goes to default, if it runs better, it may be seeing boost when it thinks it should see vac.

Maybe it's a bad sensor ground causing one or more of them to send bad info to the ECU
I noticed on the buck you didn't have a hose clamp on the rubber hose going to the pump.

Used to have a 409 that would break lose at 50mph. If you stayed in it it would try to get sideways.
Your rear rim looked like it shifted 2 inches, when it was burning out on the highway - you might want to look at that footage
Yeah noticed it too under acceleration but reckon it maybe more like an inch

Boiling fuel? It sounds almost like a vapor lock issue. Does it have a knock sensor shutting down the engine? Maybe some Avgas or lead additive?
Could you put a check valve of sorts in the line some where?
