Im in ed recovery rn, dropped 55, almost 60 pounds in 4 months. 155 - 95 lbs. it was hard. I'm in the hospital and they feed me till i cant anymore, i wanna know my weight, but they don't let me. I've been in here for about a week on bedrest with only 10 minutes of exercising a day to avoid burning calories. I pray it'll get better and I'll maintain my weight.
It can be hard to get out of that mindset, but you need to just keep reminding yourself that you only get one body and for all the training you are putting in your body needs fuel to keep going. Half these people you are aspiring to look like don't even look like that themselves thanks to editing or surgery work OR they are genetically built like that. We all have our own body types and once we start appreciating how special and different our own looks are the happier you'll be in every way of your life. The people you wish you looked like are probably some of the most insecure people but we don't even know it.
