Junkyard was easy early money for me. Grind out jobs to get renovator, buy the workbenches to fix stuff, then buy as much stuff at the junkyard with 15%> condition, repair, sell. Big money items like engine blocks and gearboxes would bring in like 3k+ profit
It would be cool if there were a few really old cars that you couldn't buy new body parts for and had to find them in the junkyard to complete the car.
this is where the pc has an upside to other versions of the game... the modders are always looking for new cars to add to cms so when im done with the story cars then ill be keeping an eye on the steam mods for this game
You can do that if you like. Just dont biy parts from shop. Find pieces from barn finds and junkyard. And build up doing it from that. Will probably take a long long time to get all the right pieces.
@@xBLooDRav3NxRRx , Yeah but it's not the same as being forced to buy spare parts from a scrap yard as in real life, being forced to scavenge would be cool impo.
Right now I'm 3d modeling several 1920's and 30's cars under my own fake car brand that I created, and they're meant for use in games. One of the 1930's models looks a lot like that old sedan you wanted so when it's done I should add it to the workshop as a mod!
They should forget about the junkyard and instead create a "Pick 'n Pull" lot. Instead of sifting through piles of junk, there would be rows and rows of cars, usually organized by make, and customers are allowed to pick and pull parts that they need, from any car in the lot. The stock should change regularly with rarer models being harder to find, but still possible. That would be more realistic
@@Hybridsteel Word, I'm a little shaky on the developers though, it appears that they tend to resort to putting out lots of shovelware. Still good video!
I would prefer to walk around loads of cars and find the bits I want like go to the car and take off the bits rather than just a pile and see bits that you don't want
and thats what iwas roughly getting at with the auction video so u have a junkyard a boneyard so u can take a few bits off cars and then the auction house..
I had car from junkyard motor was destroyed so brought auction car took heads but story car and that motor but in junker and build new performance motor Just by washing doing frame and alignments I make money Where it cost is buying new parts cause you can't repair all parts
yep this is acctually something i will be covering in another tips video as im getting asked how to make money and the body restore thing still works for quick cash so thanks for the reminding me

@@chriscox3109 send the idea tp the devs of the gam they might do it. I sent off my idea to them. And thats actual M.O.T jobs

Will be cool to see you do a few junkyard builds, and barn finds.
thats the plan for the future matey don't worry
You not the only one that want this Car.
i hope one of the modders brings it in
Have a question having trouble with my mods they was working then they stopped working wondering if u would have any idea why thanks
if ur using the steam workshop for ods u might just need to reinstall them if u didn't get them from there i have no idea.
@@Hybridsteel yea I get them from the steam work shop ill give that a try thanks
Thanks for the help I got my mods keep up the Awesome videos
Great video. Could you possibly do a video on upgrade parts at the salvage container
i will be covering it in a future video as im working on a really expensive ingame project which sucks but it explans everything

Nice video 🤛
thanks man means a lot you took the time to check this out.
First thing I thought when I saw "That car" was I want that too.
its such a cool looking car we need a hot rod pack from either official dlc or some mods i think hot rodding would really make this game
It costs 500 credits when you visit the Junkyard... wtf. I saw no indication of this cost before visiting it :/
it happens when the screen goes dark
