@@prof-re6110I think it looks prettier with this plastic there because it gives it a shine lol, I don't think it harms anything so I'll leave it the way it is
I can't remember now but it was maybe like 3-6kg and the shipping was fine, didn't see any major damage ,maybe a slight dent on the shipping box but the inside was completely fine
Powercooler Red Devil or XFX Speedster which do you prefer? Also, I thought the card was suppose to light up did did you need to change something or has it not light up?
Red devil for sure,it looks nicer and has better cooling and say it does not light up it turns out the xfx Merc design has a light up feature ,this one doesn't
XFX cards are made for people who want the same performance but not spend over the budget for looks and cooling so xfx is basically for performance only and the temps are not too bad, on ac origins I'm getting about 65-68 degrees Celsius but if you Google up GPU Radeon temps they can handle up to 80+ degrees without any issues if it exceeds 100 I believe then that's a problem but it won't happen, my GPU didn't go over 70 on any games and that's when I'm playing on ultra presets, ultra wide 2k (which normally I only play between medium-high presets)
@@prof-re6110 That's actually good, i like my components cool so i like to keep them at 65-70 degrees max even at the cost of some noise. Thank you for the quick answer.
Im a little late right? 😅 anyway i got the gpu yesterday and it usually doesnt go over like 65C. On idle the temps are around 30-40 cause the fans arent spinning. There was that one time however where i was playing battlefield v and the fans didnt start spinning so it reached like 105C. Probably just a one time glitch tho
Hi I am saving up for this card and can u tell ‘em if it is worth it? Or should I get an rx 7600 it has worse performance but looks so so so much better
Well it's been over a year since I got this gpu and let me tell you, that it does the job well, by playing fps games with high settings I easily get over 100(apex, fortnite,) I also play a lot of rpg games and all get over 70 or 80 fps like god of war ,horizon zero dawn , ac and witcher. If you play on high to ultra settings , you will get great performance, not to mention that I use a 2k ultra wide which requires more graphics
I play on high to ultra presets but e.g like minecraft ,apex and I get over 120 fps , but I never play on mid presets but you would definitely get higher fps on medium settings for sure on 1440p bare in mind I have an ultra wide. For your 2nd question I have a ryzen 9 5900x
@@tiago_carvalho777 I'm assuming you are asking about the GPU sag, if I may be honest, get one cos the sag is real, technically it's fine for a gpu to sag but deep down it feels risky so I bought a gpu bracket which is not too expensive

Around 70-75 but like I mentioned on my other comment that I never maxed out the GPU cos I don't really need to, does GPU can resist up to 100 degrees with no problem
being honest it can on specific games (mostly online games like apex and gta) but I hardly notice it since I have noise cancelling headphones, but lets be honest no gpu these days are quiet anyway
I wouldn't say so because the MSI has better cooling, as I mentioned the Xfx brands are for the people who want the same performance but not spent extra money on RGB and better cooling
It may look ugly but that gpu is a BEAST ON 1440p gaming and it’s cheap
tbh, i find it really good looking

yep and it works

It will be a very decent boost for sure
What about temps in idle and full load? I am considering this card but i read that this is the "low tier model" of xfx and so cooling is not great.

Yes I did notice it and I believe it could be a silent switch (to quiet your GPU) or an over locking option
The switch allows you to flash 2 separate firmware configurations. Best to leave it be unless you plan on flashing it.

These GPUs are massive. They could literally make them smaller if they wanted ffs🤦
If they made it smaller it would heat up more making them need more fans, which would make them bigger or you would need more external fans
