@@AdmiralDro yeah that's the main reason people are bitching about this car it's because it's a hybrid. Honestly it's kind of a similar situation for the Acura NSX, that's another underrated car, but the price is a little high on that as well.
But all I can say is this hybrid thing isn't going to change, people are going to end up having to deal with cars that have the sound of performance but also have a quiet side at the same time, or they just go completely silent on the roads with a fully electric car.

I have one of these and it's insane guys. Massive head turner, drives insanely nice, only problem is that it can be fairly low so keep an eye on bumps.

Hey so I'm a future driver and although I don't expect to be driving a car like this, how does this one work cause it's electric right, but still takes gas, so do you have to charge it kinda like a tesla, and then does it use gas and the electric baggers at the same time or how does that all work?
Cause I know the car also has different modes and stuff but idk how those modes work
@@bruhboy4727 it charges while driving. It has a small battery for electric usage and a 3 cylinder engine you fill with gas that it normally runs off of unless you select the full electric mode.
@@RA-ui8yw oh wow, that's pretty cool. So in the long run would it technically last longer since u can use electric mode, or does it still need to have gas in it to use electric mode
I really thought this would be the future of BMW car designs. I was sadly mistaken.
The designs of the regular BMW series is too sharp for my liking honestly.
The I8 is more fluid like which I appreciate.
