I know we as gamers have the mentality of just jump in and I’ll pick up the controls… but honestly this was the first time I went first to the tutorial mode learned the mechanics and won 7 to 8 races in a row then after that everything was harder but fun and challenging , no blue shells or bs power ups, just pure skill!
So in short if u wanna enjoy this to the fullest, take 5 min and play the tutorial, you won’t regret it!!!

I swear, I died on the inside every time he missed the second boost QTE/pop-up after he boosted.
I can’t wait to play it seems to be such a cool game so far this chapter has been amazing with Lego this and maybe the guitar hero coming they are all so polished and I can’t wait to play all of them. One thing I don’t like is how far skins are taking a entire page in the battle pass everything else is good

I'm really enjoying this new mode but I wouldn't want it to have missiles or anything like that. Maybe get a new mode called "Rocket Battle Racing", but keep this just "normal" racing 🙂

I hope fortnite keeps adding new modes and updating the current ones. Some modes they could add are an fps cod like gamemode when they finally add first person, an open world racing game like forza horizon, a diablo like top down dungeon game, a multiplayer rpg similar to skyrim, maybe a gta online like gamemode but probably more kid friendly. It would also be cool to see if they could implement fall guys in someway similar to how they have done with RL.

The new mode is really fun but i dont see it staying as it currently is without losing everyone’s attention, I think out of every mode this one deserved the mini battle pass or at least some type of system to work towards cause other wise races get repetitive and boring they should add some type of reward system that isnt just ranked. I also think they need to expand out wish level design it’ll probably be way better once we can design our own tracks and in that sense they should add a way for creators to make grand prix so theres multiple races for you to go in quick succession kind of like mario kart but still having a way to get quick one track matches, this system also seems perfect for a time trials sort of thing racing to get a faster and faster time and items could be fun but dont make it another mario kart clone please keep it unique

Btw it seems like you didn't know you can use the middle mouse click boost multiple times when it pops up. (If you look at the times you boost it says missed. Before that is when your supposed to click again)

I think that the reason for the cars being so expensive might be the fact that you get all the trim colors. which if I remember correctly, Aren't easy to get and also you can use them into rocket league.

For those who don’t know, (mustard plays), you can boost when the bar is full and get an extra boost after boosting
Bro you gotta play the tutorial, haha. You’re making the inverted/side driving way harder than it needs to be. (You magnetize by hitting X (Xbox controller) and a direction. Not sure what it is on PC, etc).

there is a game called "GRIP" that is just like this but faster and there is guns if you end up in last place for too long then a missile will hit you.
