The whole time I was just thinking "are the gloves necessary?" :p Those bungies are a huge help if you put them in before folding up the tent, it pulls in the canvas as you fold it.
Instructions are saying the bungees inside are for when you close it up it pulls everything in so you’re supposed to install the bungees when you’re done using the tent on the inside

Considering one of these, but might wait and save up for the new ikamper 3.0 because it’s all black and gray and much easier to set up and pack up.
I mean if you don’t want some good views and want to over pay sure go for it 👍🏼

Can the Vagabond XL be used with a Subaru Outback?
Yes I have installed this tent on a subaru outback, I upgraded the roof rails to the yakima hd bars and it worked and looked great.
Horrible design for setup and that ladder looks flimsy
