I am so glad that I happened along your video, this one is so awesome and brought back memories of getting to spend two weeks in Alaska with my younger daughter, three of my brothers, a sister in law and a niece, one lives in Anchorage is in the Air National Guard, one goes up every summer to work and the other and his wife have their daughter that lives there that they visit yearly. We did lots of halibut and salmon fishing. Alaska is so majestic and beautiful and I can’t wait to go back!!

I only recently found out about the Alaska Marine Highway; this is my goal as Alaska is the only state I haven't been to. I had to stop watching the video halfway through when you went fishing with your dad. I began to cry. How I would love to have been able to do that with my pops. 😢❤

Family is the best 💗 The train ride from Anchorage to Seward and then the Fjords Cruise is an awesome trip as well. We did AK for our 30th and it was a blast! Fishing on the Kenai, then we got blown out of our deep sea Homer trip so the alternative was a float plane fishing trip! But couldn’t see Ak without with sight seeing in Denali and Talkeetna. This video brought back great memories 😍

I grew up 5 minutes from that airport near Lake Hood, my dad had a Boom truck business where he lifted planes out of the water and took the floats off planes and put ski's or wheels on them. Miss Anchorage!!
