Tineco Vacuum Mop Keep Saying Clean Water Tank Empty Although It Is Not

As you can see in my video, my tineco s5 vacuum mop keep saying my clean water tank is empty although it is not.
The reason for my case was due to broken tube hose around the roller.
When this tube hose is broken, it would lost suction and it won't be able to fill the dirty water tank, and no water drawn from the clean water tank, hence contribute to this clean water tank empty error.
To fix this issue, simply use a water hose of around 10cm to insert it into the original tube as replacement. In this way, when the suction is back, the water in the clean water tank would be drawn and could fix this issue.
Another possible reasons that contribute to the clean water tank empty error:
1) Check the water valve under the clean water tank
2) Check for any blockage
3) Use tineco cleaning solution only, some cleaning solution from other brand might cause too much foam and not ideal to use in the tineco vacuum mop.
