Best bang 4 buck I've ever experienced was in Kraków, in Poland. There is a restaurant in the Old Market called "Wierzynek" and it was fatastic. Fanciest place I've ever been to, but I spent about £30 on the appertiser, steak and wine. Michelin star experience for value, and the location is amazing due to its historical significance.
