@@BM-ho2nd They aren't the only company delivering packages. Lots of other companies choose to use smaller vehicles in such busy areas. I don't think bicycle couriers or walking the deliveries is the answer. However Amazon is testing drones and ups did mention making smaller(electric) delivery vehicles. They made the bike lane to keep bike riders from using the sidewalks, since they’re for pedestrians. What should the biker do? Or should the company get smaller trucks for city use?
