I thought it was just my imagination but you did this a few years ago, little different batter steps but pretty much same amazing results-just did this with some huge Red Argentine Rock Shrimp and kicked up the heat with a little more acidity and added red pepper- was delish! Wonderful Gluten Free Recipe.
