Technically, yes! Reisen Udongein has spent enough time on Earth that her Lunarian impurity has been tarnished. So while she no longer has the immortality that comes with being a Lunarian, she is still a moon rabbit, so she has the psychic abilities that all other moon rabbits have. But often, other Lunarians will refer to her as an Earth rabbit to show that she is no longer a pure Lunarian.
